Paralympic Long Jumper – Lex Gillette

We have the honor of hearing from Paralympic medallist & World Champion Long Jumper, Lex Gillette on this episode as he inspires us to implement the very approaches that have led him to where he is today.

Overcoming a truly life-altering time in his life as a child, Lex is a product of investing time and energy into the growth & development of himself the person, before then applying his efforts towards a competitive career as he has been able to successfully do.

We learn about the power of a vision, one you believe in so much that the intentions to act happen without resistance. Furthermore, we hear the power that accepting failure can have on you as a competitor and the importance of not allowing adverse an unplanned moments to deter you from reaching your destination.

Head to lexgillette.com to learn more about Lex's story and of course feel free to leave us a rating and contact me directly at careercompetitorpodcast@gmail.com with any thoughts you have on the episode
